Wonderful customer service. The fence is amazing at keeping my dogs contained in the yard. We've tried other invisible fences prior to this without success. My dogs would go roaming the neighborhood. Dog Guard does exactly what it says. My dogs dug up the wire that runs in the house and Eric was here 1st thing the next morning to repair it. The product and owners are great. I'd highly recommend giving them a call.

Wow! Eric and Krista truly define good customer service. From the start Krista was very accommodating over the phone and willing to work with us in our unique situation. Our dog is fully deaf and in need of special attention to train him with the collar and the fence. They both worked tirelessly with us to figure out the best plan. When Eric arrived at my home he went above and beyond to assure that we were satisfied. Eric spent several hours at our home problem solving an issue and never once seemed to be frustrated or unpleasant about it. In the end, I recommend this dynamic couple for all your dog fence needs.

Eric Green was on time for the job. He consulted with my husband and I and set to work. He was careful of existing underground wiring. He took the time to thoroughly explain how the system works and worked with our dogs to make sure they also understood. Eric was very pleasant to work with.
